Shipping Information

Domestic ground for the lower 48 states is $10.00
Canadian flat rate is $25
Worldwide expedited 2-5 days is $60.00

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or store credit only upon our approval

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Dr.Collectors does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dr.Collectors.

In Store Purchases:
If you purchase an item at our store location our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
